2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered phcc6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any funds held in those accounts.
2.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the registration process. Any material misrepresentation — including providing false identity details or age — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phcc6 login credentials, including your username and password. phcc6 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
3.2 You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your phcc6 account credentials to any third party. Any use of your account — whether by you or by any person using your credentials — is your responsibility.

3.4 phcc6 accounts are for personal use only. You may not use your phcc6 account for commercial purposes, or use any form of automated software, bot, or script to access the platform.
4.1 All transactions on the phcc6 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcc6 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the phcc6 deposits page.
4.2 Deposit Policy. Deposits are credited to your phcc6 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. phcc6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.1 All games offered on the phcc6 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcc6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the phcc6 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
10.2 phcc6's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to phcc6 in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phcc6 makes no warranty that the platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components. You access phcc6 at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 phcc6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
11.2 You may close your phcc6 account at any time by contacting phcc6 customer support. Subject to any applicable withdrawal restrictions and the resolution of any outstanding bets, your remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Upon account closure (by either party), all obligations under these Terms survive to the extent necessary, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
